Dink has been a pillar of the construction industry since the age of eighteen. After spending fifteen years honing his skills with a well-known local company, he followed his passion and founded S& D Construction, initially specializing in painting and siding.

As our business grew, so did our capabilities. We expanded into roofing and comprehensive home improvements to fully serve our clients' needs, which led to our proud acquisition of Dover Roofing in May 2015. Continuing our steady growth, we have expanded our services into Delaware in 2020 and look forward to serving Maryland in 2027.

Deeply rooted in York County, Oink & Sher are lifelong local natives. Family is at the heart of everything we do; we have raised tow wonderful daughters and are the proud grandparent of three. One of which works with us at Dover Roofing.

When we aren't working, we love traveling and spending quality time at the beach with our family, friends and our three beloved Irish Doodles: Breeze, Breda and Bliss.
